Procedure for diagnosing post-layout pole shifts after PEX netlist extraction.
- Diff pre-layout vs post-PEX AC response.
- Identify the shifted pole; correlate to added layout parasitics (routing, via resistance).
- Confirm with a reduced parasitic netlist.
